As part of my masters degree, I undertook a 6 month placement at Handspring Design in Sheffield. I was required to help with all the manual processes involved in the manufacture of their sculptural shelters, including the 'Onion', 'Apple' and 'Peeling Onion' I also sculpted a Chamelion den for a nursery playground in Doncaster.

Following on from my placement, I was asked to return and help design and manufacture an entertainment table which would be used for weddings and conferences in Ecclesall Wood's discovery centre. The foldable design can be easily flat-packed and stored away. Ten of these were made which are still used in the centre today.
